譚旭光，男，漢族，1961年2月生，山東濰坊人，天津大學工學博士，高級經濟師。中共黨員。十屆、十一屆、十二屆全國人大代表。現任山東重工集團有限公司董事長、黨委書記，濰柴控股集團有限公司董事長，濰柴動力股份有限公司董事長；兼任中國工業經濟聯合會主席團主席、中國企業聯合會/中國企業家協會副會長、中國機械工業聯合會副會長、中國內燃機工業協會理事長。

Currently, he is the chairman, secretary of the party committee of Shandong Heavy Industry Group Co., Ltd., the chairman of Weichai Holding Group Co., Ltd., the chairman of Weichai Power Co., Ltd., as well as the president of the China Federation of Industrial Economics committee, the vice chairman of China Enterprise Confederation/China Entrepreneur Association, the vice chairman of China Machinery Industry Federation, and chairman of China Internal Combustion Engine Industry Association.
譚旭光先后榮獲“全國五一勞動獎章”、“全國勞動模范”、“全國優秀創業企業家”、“十大財富領袖”、“第四屆袁寶華企業管理金獎”、“裝備中國功勛企業家”、“2011年中國十大創新人物”等榮譽稱號，并分別于2005年和2010年被評為“CCTV中國經濟年度人物”。
